Nonprofit Impact Forum at King’s College organized the second session of its Impact Talk series. During the event; Barsha Dharel, Knowledge Management and Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Expert at Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Neena Joshi, Director of Programs at Heifer International and Khadga Sen Oli, Advocacy and Outreach Manager at National Society of Earthquake Technology – Nepal (NSET), shared their experience with the nonprofit sector and its role in the larger socio-economic context of Nepal.

The panellists also shared their perspectives on nonprofit management as a profession, its alternative bottom lines, challenges and opportunities, and the future of the nonprofit sector. 100 participants from different academic institutions and organizations from diverse disciplines attended the moderated panel discussion.
Impact Talk, the bi-monthly flagship event of Nonprofit Impact Forum (managed by MBA Nonprofit program at King’s College), aims to promote a discourse of “transparent, impact-driven, innovative, and self-sustaining nonprofits that nurture local innovations through participatory collaborations”.
