Little Big Boot Camp for Nonprofit Leaders
Little Big Boot Camp is a 6-week long boot camp for leaders of small and medium-size nonprofit organizations of Nepal. Promoting a discourse of design thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, innovative fundraising, and effective grant writing, the boot camp aims to empower nonprofit leaders with skills related to project design and resource development.

We do research for the nonprofit sector such as Nonprofit Ecosystem Mapping. Our ongoing research is on fundraising in collaboration with a student of the MBA Nonprofit Program and CERAD (Centre for Research and Development at King’s College). The students of the MBA Nonprofit program also do various researches individually and in groups as part of their assignments and graduation requirements.
The Nonprofit Law Clinic program is designed to support Nepal’s small and medium-sized nonprofit organizations to avoid or navigate through potential legal pitfalls while advancing their mission. It provides nonprofit leaders and managers an opportunity to interact with lawyers and seek a pro-bono legal consultation. It is an initiative of the Center for Philanthropy and Social Impact (CPSI) at King’s College and MeroAdda.
We provide pro-bono and paid consulting services to Nonprofit organizations and social enterprises across the capabilities of board governance, fundraising, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, organizational set-up, and legal compliances.
MBA Nonprofit Program collaborates with industry partners to reduce the gap between academia and the nonprofit ecosystem. For industry discourses, we conduct Industry Conversation Series, Impact Talk Series, Nonprofit Ecosystem Mapping Projects, Pro-bono Consulting Projects, Boot Camps, Workshops, Case studies, and Research Projects.
